first,,cut it open, get stone out🤣🤣 then either spread the rest on toast with tiny sprinkle sea salt n black pepper or I usually chuck mine in the NutriBullet to make a smoothie with a banana and kiwi or grapes and pumpkin seeds n sunflower seeds, wee drop water, couple ice cubes!! I'm quite new to the avacado world too lol let me know how u get on ♥️

Skin it and remove stone and slice it up into a salad or mash it up with some garlic to make guacamole or keep it in the skin, remove stone and fill the holes with dressing or with garlic mushrooms or with garlicky prawns.

Use a spoon to remove it whole, then shred it, add some lime and chilli flakes and add a poached egg on some seeded toast. Maybe add Parma ham and asparagus.... 🤤

You can try making avocado chicken salad it's delish! 😋 Pan fry some chicken (season/marinate it however you like), then once cooled slightly add to a bowl of whatever salad you want I tend to use radish, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, lettuce, a bit of red onion then throw in some diced avocado - you can squeeze a bit of lime juice if you like. Light yet filling!

You can also add chunks of it to a tray of roasted vegetables for an awesome salsa. If you cut one in half and it’s still a little firm, it’s great just charred on the bbq! I’m also a big fan of avocado chocolate mousse 😋 but it doesn’t really taste of avocado

wait till it feels a bit soft...till it has some give at the thinner end, then slice it on a cracker...I do that it's delicious with a dash of lime juice a dash of cayenne pepper and some lime zest...I do ad a naughty bit of mayonaise too to help it stick to the crackers!

Many and varied things to do with it, add to a salad, goes nice with many foods, but the last thing is don't eat it by itself. I know its a pear, but best served accompanied
