Thanksgiving weekend is coming to an end. A new week is starting and in a few days a new month. Christmas will be here soon.
I was lurking around on my buddies pages and noticed my BFF has started journaling. I hope she does well on her weight loss journey.
This is hard. But, we have the rest of our lives to make ourselves healthier. We did not gain this weight overnight, over a weeks period, nor even in a month. It will take time to learn our new lifestyle and with determintation and motivation from ourselves along with a good support group - this can be achieved.
Friends - let's get our minds set right and accomplish this!
