Hiya, I'm not vegan at all but my wife is Veggie and I'm getting to the point where meat is a treat, not an every meal Staple. She cooks such good Veggie fare that I don't even miss the meat! This vegan beef is especially good, from the Chinese supermarket as is the snow fungus which is similar to the black cloud ear fungus, but softer but still with a little crunch.. Chicken for tea tonight though! 🐔👍
