Didn't get as much exercise in today as I would have liked as I was interrupted by kids both times - but I did get 1 1/2 miles in, so that's not too bad I guess. Having a hard time resisting the sweets today - I had a tiny piece of a small candy cane because I was hoping the mint would help put me in a better mood (kids have been stressing me out today). Made a chocolate dessert with whipping cream, cocoa, knox gelatin powder and splenda - only has about 1.5 net carbs in it and it's in the fridge chilling - trying not to dig in to it because I had already had some cream earlier today. Was licking the spatula hoping that would help my desire for chocolate since the exercise didn't help dissolve my stress.
