Bahan:
Wortel 40gr - oatmeal 35gr - telur 1 - garlic 3 siung - daun bawang seiprit - minyak wijen 3ml - seasoning (garam, garlic powder, black pepper, merica) sesuai selera aja
Cara: campur oatmeal dgn air panas sdkt, terus campur semua bahan. Panggang di teflon tanpa minyak
