Iyaa ini buat sarapan aja. Baru ini beli walnut sama almond nya awet bisa buat 2 bulan. Karena aku ngga makan gorengan sama sekali jadi aku cari lemak baiknya dari almond. Bisa pakai kacang tanah dipanggang juga.
Aku juga makan yogurt buat lancarin pencernaan, jadi bisa pakai sumber probiotik lainnya juga, semangattt yaaaa
