Saw Harry Potter last night. Movie popcorn, 1/2 box of Milk Fuss, can of Pepsi. Weight still dropped back down. Go figure. (Maybe it was all that turkey?)
61.5 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
