Pizza Napoli in Finland. The moose one was pretty good. Wild boar was rather tasteless... Ostrich wasn't bad. I still think I need better sampling of the moose, but judging how good reindeer tastes, I bet it will be my new favorite pizza topping 🙂

vp, it was for me too. But unless I'm mistaken, there were several different specialty pizzas with moose... Mostly smoked moose, but still. 😊

Jealous! Never had Ostrich but wild hog and moose should be good! Lean protein in any case! 👍
