I follow a site called lowcarbmaven.com for some great recipes— they just happen to be low carb. Low carb is not an issue for me, I just like a lot of the things she makes. I don’t know if her values are good enough for Keto people but for the rest of us who may just be trying to practice a lower carb lifestyle, she has a lot to offer.
