So yeah ... haven't lost a single pound in over 10 days. This diet is really hard when it comes to struggling with will-power. It is so limiting, and there appears to be no room for cheats or sneaking in a motivational treat. Sure I shouldn't reward myself with food, but that's how I do it.
I should be here: 183.8, but instead I am at 187 and holding.
I am not thrilled with the Isagenix program and am giving it a little bit more time to show results. If I continue not to lose weight, I will be moving on to either Shakeology or Herbalife. I have two friends who are on these programs and they have seen great results.
However, upon reviewing the cost of the shake plans I thought ... well I don't want to drop MORE money on shakes at the moment, so I will use what I have left with Isagenix and follow the Shakeology method:
Isagenix meets Shakeology
Breakfast - Green tea with Ionix Supreme - Shake - 1 Accelerator
Snack - apples
Lunch - Green tea - Shake
Snack - 1 Accelerator - apple
Dinner - 3 green veggies - grilled chicken - no dairy dressing
And of course lots of water.
Shakeology calls for a shake as the second snack, but I feel that the Isagenix shakes might have more caloric value than the Shakeology shakes and that might be why. However if I do choose to go to Shakeology, which appears to be a better plan, then I will be already ready for it.
Now to drink the nastiest tasting shake on the planet, by Isagenix. -TimeLordGirl

Forgive my lack of knowlege on the diet you are following, but does it include any weight training? If not, may I suggest that you give weight training a try to help you through your weight loss stall? Weight training not only burns loads of calories while in the act, but many studies have proven that during the muscle recovery process (up to 72 hours) your body continues to consume energy in order to repair your muscles, this is called 'after burn'. It has worked very well for me, and I think it would for you as well!

Thanks. I don't suggest this diet at all. After my fiance and I move, I will be focused on weight training and an steady exercise routine. I am currently packing so all my gear is in boxes.

I am doing Isagenix and I eat a ton more than that and I do not call it a diet. It is a lifestyle. You need a new coach and to try again. You are not eating enough at all
