so proud of myself. for treating myself well, treating myself with respect and love.
it's midnight and i want something sweet... something to help me sleep.
instead of indulging in some carb rich or fat rich wasted guilt laden junk food I cut myself a small plum added a mandarin orange , peeled and about 8 pecan halves.
I'm eating it slow and feeling good that I'm respecting myself and making progress in that way. I will be my perfect weight.... I am my perfect weight inside.... the outside just hasn't caught up yet.
