Last week got crazy and I didn't record much at all. I feel like I've lost but the scale doesn't say so. It almost TOM, may have something to do with it, I guess I'll have to wait and find out. My boyfriend's been gone in Peru for the last week and a half, and it has disrupted my routine and left me more inactive than normal, at least without the same direction for activity. Work's been stressful too, and I eat when I'm stressed, so that's been harder to curb. Thanksgiving was good, food and family! But work has been a bit of a mess since I've been back this morning. It will probably end up being a crazy week. Trying to keep my head up.
