Bloated and crampy. Flo is visiting this week so I shouldn't be surprised of the weight gain. I went to the gym for the first time in forever and loved it! I love strength training! Can't wait to go again!
113.8 kg Lost so far: 4.2 kg.    Still to go: 41.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
