finally. change. my behavior is the biggest hurdle. I'm isolated because I
I had no time to make friends pre plague. I'm tired of seeing and crafting and cooking. basically what I am saying is that while everything else is out of order...the #&÷kit response still works VERY WELL..
93.9 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You are spot on! so many crafty projects that i put off for years, completed. New ones in the line up. Restrictions to the lifestyle are a real Struggle! I was doing a breakaway from all that bad eating, drinking, lounging, and as soon as pandemic hit I was at a screeching halt. And I have gained too much! trying to lose again, doing reasonably well - have gone mainly plant based and organic over the past week.

wish I had the ambition to do all that. I borrowed a sewing machine and just meaded a few items been reading some. But I had so many plans to do stuff and I just sat, ate, drank & vegged out with Netflix for a few months, just no energy. Finally I picked myself up and stopped the drinking & mindless eating of 'non food'. I'm feeling better but today I'm depressed. Need to pick myself up again.
