Today is almost over. For some unknown reason it has been a very long day. I did some shopping and I guess I've had enough of shopping for the next month or so. I LOVE to shop and for me to say it's enough means I've done WAY TOO much shopping. On the positive side - I have done lots of walking while shopping; on the negative side - I spent all my saved money. Anyway I am leaving in two weeks to visit my Mom in Ukraine and can't wait to see her. I know I'll be off my diet because not many low carb options are available there and meat is very very expensive. I plan on eating cabbage, pickles and tomatoes in moderation, some farmers cheese and sour cream, of course some meat (whatever I can afford) or fish. I will compensate with some legumens. It's better than potatoes but still high in carbs. Anyway I'll do my best. It's important to see my Mom and cherish every moment we spend together. No diet is worth missing that trip. :)))
Eating was tough today. I felt discomfort after every meal and got some enzymes to help me feel better. Even when I am hungry no allowed food seems appealing to me. I dont know what I want but definitely not the food I have in my fridge. I crave some soup, warm and filling sensation in my stomach. HELP!!!!
