Had to go back for another blood draw this morning then went with dh to work and got something to eat, must remember to trade the country potatoes and bread for fruit next time since neither agree with me. Also drank waaay too much coffee. The omelette was good though and got to watch Sweet Genius while drinking my coffee haven't seen that show in a long time. :)
