Yikes! One day in and I couldn't get up this morning to make it to my spin class. That's no bueno. My justification is that they offer the same class during my lunch hour, so I will attend that one. But tomorrow I HAVE to find the strength to pull my lazy, sluggish butt out of the bud and into the gym for pump!!
I stayed on track with my eating, which is something to be proud of! I am really loving this website and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the fact that I can scan my foods from my phone and have it automatically add the nutritional info! It's so fancy and convenient!
