OMG was I bad for Thanksgiving!! and Sheriff Joe's penalties were harsh!!! 3 lb gain! I really enjoyed myself yesterday, hopefully, I will be able to work off half of the excess poundage before tomorrow's weigh in! I will have to remember this for Christmas diet meal off next month!
Okay, my mother, made my real mashed potatoes, they were to die for, esp. after the depriving myself for soo long about 1/2 cup. 3 oz turkey breast, no skin, allowed 1 oz ham, allowed 3/4 cup of this awesome cheese broccoli rice casserole that my cousin made, (again, to die for!) A sliver of this pumpkin roll my cousin also made, it was too sweet for me. 2 ham rolls (includes about 2 tbs. cream cheese, 2, 4" spring onions, and 2 servings sliced ham) allowed. Imluuvd's pumpkin cheesecake.. healthier but about 10 carbs guestimated egg nog, 8 oz brandy, 1 oz diet 7 up, allowed ammarretto, about 16 oz, (sounds terrible, I know but hardly no alcohol and it was in a 32 oz cup with the Diet 7 up, filled three times!, my little cousin spilled the first one, about half full! I don't really drink! and this was over the course of about 12 hours! deviled egg, 2 halves, allowed.
All of the bad things are Red!
But this was my diet cheat day and I think if that didn't shock my system, nothing would. This was one meal. I was really good until dinner: protein shake with vitamins for breakfast 1 oz cheddar cheese for lunch 1 bottle (2 servings) of Fuze Slenderize Grapefruit for lunch.
I was good after dinner, with the acception of the ammaretto, that slowly consumed until nearly 2 AM.
Used the AB Lounge after dinner, oooohhhh did that hurt, 3 sets of 25. Wii, bowling, boxing and baseball, that was fun and worked up a sweat. About 2 hours of playing with the family. Wrestled with my cousins kids, about 1/2 hour. I hope I get credit for not taking a nap!!
My promise is to be good until Christmas!
For those of you taking advantage of "Black Friday" take one for the team, do an extra lap around the mall for me! :) I'm stuck at work!
