Was up a pound today. I know it's normal...water retention, etc...but still don't like it. LOL. I think one of the problems (besides TOM) is that I haven't been going to the bathroom as regularly as I did before pre-Atkins...Yes, I know...TMI. LOL

That's why I can't do Atkins. It cause me so many problems. I need high fiber, lol.

Yes, me too...which is why it has been a problem. Been taking Benefibre...but need to do that more "regularly" as well. Want to get through to where I can add 40 netcarbs per day so I can naturally increase my fibre intake as well.
