I didn't eat low carb today. I had every intention of doing so but it didn't work out that way. I was solely responsible for the food preparation and by the time I got done cooking all that "carby" food I had slipped a lot. On the upside, I was careful to not go overboard. For those items that I "shouldn't" have I took small servings and I made sure to get all my water in.

Is it too much to hope for zero impact on the scale? It may not work out that way but we'll see. I'm going to Curves everyday for the rest of the week(end). I'm also going to wait until Monday to weigh in...give myself a couple of days to try and recover. I'm also going to go back to Induction for a week. I'm sure I've knocked myself out of ketosis.

With all my planning for this holiday I'm surprised that I don't have this sense of disappoint with myself that I didn't stick to plan. But I don't...I don't regret going off my eating plan. BUT, I have to make sure and get back on the wagon immediately.

I hope you all had a good Thanksgiving! Happy Holidays!

The important thing is that you just forget it and move on. We all mess up - especially TODAY!!

You've got the right idea. As long as you get back on track, you'll be absolutely fine on the scale. Remember, whatever you do see on that scale will be water weight from the carbs, don't get disappointed and keep going!

As long as you get right back on the plan, it's OK not to feel guilty. Regrets don't help us in any way, so just focus on what you have to do now. :) Great job.
