oh wow, thats great, well done. so are you doing some exercises as well or just watching the calories.. maybe someone can recommend a good exercise app?

I do some at home workouts (lilly sabri on youtube) and I go for walks with my family. I had a habit of snacking and just eating whatever was infront of me but then I decided to think before i eat something or rather just drink some water.
