I forgot what hungry actually feels like. I'm munching on little things here and there and I don't feel hungry. It seems like when I actually ate too much I was always hungry. Oh! And my heartburn is gone. Yay!

The scale still hovers between 194 and 197. Here's to hoping that starts dropping soon. My diet is better and my activity level has gone up. I can feel differences in my clothes, even though my eyes can't see it. I feel like once the changes show on my scale it will feel real.
