65 lengths in the pool ... my gym is right next to a McDonalds and my route home takes me past a KFC and Burger King..... talk about will power !!

Hi goalgirl, it's sods law that a McD's and burger king are either side if your gym. Be strong you did all that effort in the gym and pool. Be proud enough of you achievement and you will not eat naughty food. Good luck goalgirl you can and will do it. I know you can. Merrymel. Have faith in yourself from today.
