bakers vita snacks / Woolies veggie crackers (like rice cakes but nicer) / biltong / pretzels / nuts / slice of cheese / boiled eggs / i like full cream yoghurt. a little is a much more satiating thing than the low fat or fat free kinds. even though you may want your snacks to be low cal or as low cal as possible, remember that snacks shouldn't make you want more snacks, so opting for satiating rather than purely low cal is what has helped me reign in the snack monster.

rice cakes and choc peanut butter, only 200 cal if you use a 1 tablespoon (my fave when I'm craving something sweet)

My favourite is an apple with peanut butter.
Or I also use a collagen peptide drink powder that fills me up so fast.
