Hoping to get below 138 by my son's 1st birthday (pre-pregnancy weight). He turned 11 months this week so the pressure is on! I've been floating around 142 for MONTHS and using the excuses of quarantine and maintaining my milk supply. With a month left I can't use excuses anymore. 4 pounds in 4 weeks is very doable! I just need to be serious about it.
63.6 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
