I have no idea why im hving such a hard time at night!
i was doing so great and now i feel like i cant stand it I WANT SNACKS at night!
I'm not gonna quit but i do feel upset when i get that urge nd i dont seem to be able to control it!
Anyone have any suggestions for me?
