Too much craving for anything that looks like food. Indulged..binged..stuffed myself on just about anything. 2 dinners. This morning I feel guilty. It was not worth it. I should go back and read what I wrote on what motivates me. I guess I am going to miss my monthly (Oct 15th) target of 116 kg. I am craving food. Any food other than green salads and grilled chicken breast.
