No loss or gain today, guess that is the end of the water weight. Hard work begins. Hope all are doing well, I have stuck to the meals in the recipe file on this site, very good thanks to all that have tested them before me and rated them!! Need to get my exercise routine planned out. What do you all do for exercise?
