I've got a wicked cold this week. I'm already not at all hungry (still in induction) and am having to force myself to eat. I've gotten through with my gut trying to deal with all of the vegetables, but now because I don't feel well, eating is the last thing on my mind.
My throat is sore but all I have in the house are regular cough drops with sugar. Do they make sugar free cough drops? I'll have to check that out.
I just started this on the 8th. I am NOT going to backslide just because I feel like kwap!
