Everyday I have lost. Down five lbs in my first week. (exclaimer: fast weight loss is ok for obese people under suoervision). I feel really good and I am not hungry all the time. getting all my walking done is frustrating because I haven't planned very well but I have done it. Onto the next 5lbs! got a pretty dress to wear when I reach 200.
