sunday = cheatday :))!ternyata intermi g sampe 300kkal. baca2 di google rata2 yg bikin kalori nya tinggi dri mie instan adalah minyaknya jadi ak ga pake minyaknya. lettuce nya aku bwanyakin. ya mungkin 280kkal itu uda termasuk lettuce krna tanpa minyak :’
