Morning beautiful people, so proud of all of you who are sticking to their plans, continuing their journey to better their lives. Nice to be a part of a family that is so inspiring.....
So I have a question......I want to do some baking. my problem is, is that the quantities for the batters or dough is say 250ml flour......how do you all measure your cal. with baking. do you write down say example 250ml flour, 100 cal, and make the list of all your ingrediant then say you get 12 muffins out of it (for example) divide everything by 12.........I want to make some wraps and don't have special ingredients so need to use what I have in My home. just worried how to work out calories per wrap......can anyone assist please...
