Wow I didn't realize how many challenged I had joined until now...I am so happy to be below 190 finally! For some reason that was a mini goal of mine. I guess maybe 'cause now I have less than 50 lbs to lose, and it seems more doable? Anyway, am up to jogging about 25 mins at a time. Just need to work on my anxiety.
