Kak pas, pas diet ini, kakak ngalamin nggak, pas timbang badan, kok BB nggak turun turun sih,, tp badan terasa longgar, dan perut trasa agak kempes???

@Akun_Me iya udh pst stuck BB ngalamin, dlm 3 bulan ini hampir beberapa kali brt bdan gk turun2 tp terasa longgar semua, klo lg stuck gtu biasanya sabar aja jgn stress nanti jg turun, alhamdulillah turun bb nya walaupun sedikit2
