Hiked 6 miles through Sign Hill and up San Bruno Mountain to the ridge. Very difficult at my weight but it was worth the caloric devastation.
Dinner was Chicken Breast and vegetables and a quesadilla. Not counting calories tonight but it was light eating yesterday.
