Well...the olives have done me in...was having a snack tonight...bit into an olive (was trying to bite down beside the pit), and actually caught the pit on the corner of a molar and broke a piece off...we have no dental coverage now for another month (until Hubby has been at the new job for 3 months)...just figures...

Ugh what a pain! Can you get emergency dental treatment anywhere? I have a few "sharp" pieces that will just have to wait until I can see a dentist for free LOL

Not unless I want to pay for it...plus we've just had a mini blizzard so I don't want to go anywhere. Hubby couldn't even get to work so he turned around and came back home at 5am...although he is braving the highway to get the snow tires put on the car for me.
Do you have a place that offers free dental work? Like a college or something?

Not sure of the size that was broken off and if you still have it???? But if it's big enough and you do have it, you can get dental glue at Walgreens or CVS or other drug store. It'll hold for a few months - just enough for you to get it taken care of.

Oh never knew that. I live in Canada. I'll have to see if a pharmacy up here carries it. and yes I kept the tooth. Thanks for the idea.
