TimeLordGirl's Journal, 07 Oct 13

I spent about 30 mins trying to dress up my nasty tasting shake from Isagenix® to taste something like a sea-salt caramel shake, using a little caramel flavoring, monk fruit extract and a touch of sea salt. They SERIOUSLY need to take a strong look at their use of the term "delicious" when labeling their product. IT IS FAR FROM IT. Hard to drink and tastes like ... um ... like someone chopped a burlap sack, a up a bunch of vitamins and minerals, then sprinkled something "like" chocolate over it and called it "delicious." As for the plan, it is helping me shed migraine pounds, but it is very restrictive and doesn't help me when my blood sugar is low or I need something to take my pills with so they don't eat a hole in my stomach. I WOULD NOT recommend this product to anyone as a "delicious" replacement for food. Isagenix you need to go back to the drawing board if you think you your shakes are delicious. Cause they're not. False advertising.

I will be writing the company to ask why everything tastes so bad.

In my opinion the shakes were just ok in the beginning but it was because I had so many toxins in the body and after a week when my body started leveling out with nutrition and took in all the vitamins and minerals I started to enjoy them and my kids love them as well
