Hey there FS friends. I'm pretty much maintaing my weight of 178 pounds. I converted my lbs to kg and entered kg on my fs scale. I'm feeling pretty good these days. sober for almost 4 months. back to my woe makes all of the difference to me and feeling more energetic. I finally got back to my woe 2 weeks ago. before that 1 month in hospitals eating that food. I have a friend that moved in when I checked out of the hospital. I ate what ever He & my Daughter cooked or heated in the microwave. Pretty much processed foods since May 29th. I'm very grateful for their support and love. I'm walking pretty good now. I just have some memory problems and I was able to push forward a Dr. appt for this. altzheimers runs rampant in my family. I'm going to ask for meds that may stay this off. I got lost on a road going home that I've driven a thousand times. pretty scary thing.
