Did pretty well yesterday. I really enjoyed my gym time. I got to do 30 minutes on the treadmill at 5.2 mph, strength training for an hour, bike machine for 20 minutes at level 5, and swam my 500 for the day. I'm starting to notice a little in my arms as far as muscles go. Today the gym is closed but I'm thinking about going for a jog this evening. Only 5 more pounds until I reach another mini goal weight!!
