Mexican Cheeseburger without the bread. Not the best tasting breakfast in the morning but it gives me protien which will keep me in ketosis. At least on Atkins I don't have to eat a LOT, or eat just salad. Lunch is going to be much nicer - a Greek Salad 'all Atkins Friendly!'
This is the first weekend I went 'off diet' and didn't gain weight :)
