0.8 weight gained this week- i’ve stuck to my diet/cal intake so i’m guessing that because i’m swimming 100 lengths a weekend that this could be muscle gain?

If you are logging everything, exercising and gaining weight then this is most probably either water or muscles, water floods the muscles even after one exercise.
