Woo hoo! 1448 cals in one day! I have to admit though that I was hungry all day 😑 So now I'll be looking at foods that will help me feel full longer because I was going to chew someone's arm off 2 hours after that bowl of cheerios for breakfast and that would be bad. I have also discovered that I will not compromise on my morning coffee! I'll make it the way I like it and I'm sure my hubby will appreciate a much less grumpy morning tomorrow 😁

Lol ! I make chocolate chip 😋 banana 🍌oatmeal muffins (90 calories)for my breakfast to go with my coffee☕ . I take it black now. I used to use monk fruit sugar in it. If your looking to cut sugar.

Mmmm I think muffins for breakfast sounds like a great idea! Fruit, oats and maybe even a bit of protein powder. Much more substantial than a plain bowl of cheerios 👍😁 I am trying to cut sugar but most substitutes have in my opinion a plastic bad after-taste 🤢 I'll try the monk fruit sweetener!

I find eggs are a great filler as well, especially for breakfast. 70 calories per egg is pretty alright.

I've been finding that a protein only breakfast and then bringing in the carbs later keeps me from being totally ravenous.

Lol, I’ve eaten 3000 calories today and I just woke up. Can’t gain weight:/
