I am so not impressed. I was good...ate my carbs...and I'm up 1 pound after not losing anything for 2 days!

You have lost 2lbs in the past 6 days, that's a good loss. It may not be as much as you want, but it's most likely fat. Those big losses usually mean you are losing water and some muscle too. You don't want to lose the muscle. You are doing great. Don't worry too much about those normal ups and downs of the scale. It could be too much sodium, hormones and lot's of other things that effect our water weight. Your water weight is especially sensitive on low carb diets.

I guess it's actually been 5lbs since Monday (I didn't change the diet to show I was following Atkins right away). So I should be happy. Just don't like seeing the scale going up. LOL. It is likely hormones as that time is coming up next week. I need to walk some more too - just been a little hectic and I need to start getting up earlier so I can get my exercise in first thing in the morning before the kids get up. Thanks!
