I know I'm up a little, I'm not worried though, it's TOM & I'm feeling a little undernourished!! Needed something nice

80.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg. Still to go: 3.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

yeah TOM visited me too this past week. I felt more normal with this one as it seemed to be more regular again. I can only hope and pray that all my irregularities are over with, then again at my age, naaaah......... Keep up the good work.
