Wow a little heavy in the fats today and the carbs. Well I don't eat bread everyday so I guess its okay for today. Spent my day baking bread and it was good. There is nothing like a piece of homemade fresh out of the oven bread. Only indulged in just a little though. Still stayed within my calorie budget. :)
