I know that feeling, being desperate, no light around. I lived with it almost all my adult life. You should try strict daily logging using a food scales, not cups or guesstimate or forgetting some, for at least three months. Cico works perfect for young and healthy persons like you. I prefer not to use the RDI . I log activities. I wish fs could sync to my polar like your fitbit. But if your monthly average is close to your RDI i am quite sure you are going to lose weight/fat. Slowly but continuously. And no eat back exercise cals ! :)

I show your weight chart. I understand why you are so negative for so many posts in a row. I really hope that this negativity is limited to the weight issue. Either case it does not help at all.
