Good morning I need your help. I drink orange Juice to save me from becoming constipated. But it has a lot of sugar. Do you know of something else I could drink or eat. There are not any veggys in my current diet. I know...I am bad. Nettie51

Unsweeted prune juice gives a MUCH better result for a LOT fewer calories :) Thom

Have you tried eating more fiber? Apples and pears have good fiber, or even eating a higher fiber cereal or something might help. Or, you can try a fiber supplement. Also, like Thom said there is always prune juice.

Definitely more vegetables and perhaps try Rooibos tea.
