👩🏻 mother of a 9 years old girl.
Height: 158 cm.
Used to be 54 kg before pandemic began in Indonesia, gained 4 kgs because of ‘WFH’ & ‘rebahan aja’ situation (jadi 58 kg, untung abis itu nyadar) 🤦🏻‍♀️
Started to live healthier on June 2020, diet research from reliable source, counting the calories that my body needs, BMR & TDEE counting, calorie defisit, Morning jogs & HIIT.
Weight (11 August) 52,6 kg, target: 50 kg.
Finished Chloe Ting’s program “2 Weeks Shred Challenge”.
Now, on “2020 Flat Tummy Challenge” program.
Lingkar perut di awal Juni: 85 cm, 7 August jadi 76 cm.
Diet itu bukan cuma untuk sesaat, tapi untuk merubah pola hidup supaya lebih sehat.. Semoga konsisten!
