Over this weekend I vow to continue to stay within my daily calorie goal, and be active. I promised my friend I would meet her for happy hour tonight, but I also vow to have only two cocktails, and have a glass of water in between...and NO fried appetizers!!
I hope to read this Monday morning and know that I succeeded!! :)
