Perkedel kentang tanpa minyak tanpa telor. 1 bijinya hanya 40'an kcal. Tinggi protein jg karna isi dada ayam hehehe

Fatma: aku klo itung perkedel kentang ga pake pcs kak tp gram. Beli di pasar yg 1 biji kecil itu bisa 70-80 kcal
